You will be able to login to any of your streaming services, so you can watch the shows you want to watch. We have Netflix, Hulu, HBO NOW, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ already downloaded to the TVs. If you want to download any other streaming services that you have accounts with, please feel free to do so! The largest bedroom downstairs with attached bath also has a TV/DVD player and small video library which is a perfect spot for some quiet time away from the action. The Kitchen is ready for whatever you’re craving! It is stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, cooking pans, coffee maker (regular and kuerig) , coffee (both types) varies teas, other utensils can be found in the cabinets. If you need something to drink, the refrigerator dispenses filtered water and ice on the front door of the fridge. When you need to clean your dishes, there are dishwasher pods below the kitchen sink. You will only need to run the dishwasher on a normal cycle. We provide a washer and dryer located in the room attached to the kitchen.

We are a working horse farm, horses are transported to the City everyday to work our carriage company during tourist season. Our horses are well known and loved. Our place is in a very nice neighborhood and is a very peaceful haven. Our neighborhood is a great place to go on walks or sit outside and soak in the sun. It is very close to downtown Fredericksburg, VA. The space Our in-law-suite about 1,000 sq ft. The in-law-suite has a full kitchen, laundry room and one full bathroom. The bedroom has a bed and two large dressers and a very large walk in closet. The area is beautiful decorated and very comfortable. It is in our home but you will have your privacy. The is a very large screen TV to watch. The in-law-suite has its own private entrance with a beautiful pergola to sit under on when the weather is nice. Guest access The apartment is separated by a downstairs door, guests have access to the whole apartment. Private access and a parking spot. Interaction with guests We give our guest privacy and interact as much as our guest care too. Guest are more than welcome to knock on the door and come in for conversation. We work long hours and are away from the farm during certain times of the year. Other things to note Guest are welcome to visit with horses as long as we are with our guests. Guests should not approach horses without permission.

The property currently has a 4 bedroom cabin located on it which is where the Host lives. The cozy and clean Tiny Home has a semi-bohemian feel as you walk up the stairs and enter through the digitally controlled doorway. The entire home is brand new and completed in October 2019, so the space is extra crisp. We also have FREE wireless internet and ROKU TV for a cozy movie during your stay. The pool table upstairs and the ping-pong and foosball tables downstairs ensure family fun. (Plus, there are games and books for the kids – and the adults.) The TV’s in both living areas have DirectTV, plus DVD players attached. The kitchen features two refrigerator/freezers, two sinks, two microwaves and a full stove with large oven. The central island makes preparing food for large groups a joy. (Of course, granite countertops and cherry cabinets.) NEW IN 2018: A third microwave/small convection oven has been installed under the central island. Dishes and silver for 25+ people, along with serving dishes, make this kitchen a chef’s delight. Bonus: the seating for 22 people at the tables. The waterfront features six kayaks, two paddle boards, a paddleboat, and deep water for everyone to swim and enjoy. There’s room to tie up your boat or jet-ski – and rental places nearby if you need to rent a boat. The 3-acre lawn provides plenty of room for kids to run and adults to play football – and all the privacy you’ll want.
